I dropped out of college about 8 years ago to get into Restaurant management but was very unsatisfied. Online schools seem to be the most willing to accept older credits, but will there Marketing programs help me land a good job in marketing at a place like P&G.

Companies like P&G will not hire graduates of online schools. In fact, most such marketing companies will only hire graduates of a few (5-10) top universities in the field for their entry-level jobs.
