what is the continuing problem with yahoo email ?

At least a couple times a week, the inbox page and individual email pages will not load. You have to click on inbox over and over to finally get it to go thru. Anyone have a solution, or is this a yahoo problem again ?

When I go to Web Hosting under Yahoo Small Bussiness there isn’t a Site Solution tab. How do I get it?

Well the question says everything. I followed Yahoo Business Help and it said to go into the web hosting and then there will be the site Solutions tab to get started. So how do I get it back or how do I get to Site Solutions??
