My internet connection keeps cutting when i dial a number?

Okay im on Tiscali Broadband UK and my phone line is by BT. I’ve had this connection going for 3+ years and never had problems. But now for some reason my internet keeps cutting for a few seconds. Which is enough for me to get kicked out a game on XBOX and have to restart.

We noticed that when we dial 1571 (to listen to voicemail/messaging service), it cuts. And we tried this 3 times and it cut.

What can i do?

What is the best plan for home phone & internet service?

I think I heard Clark Howard talking about different phone service plans that are half the cost of Bellsouth or less. I think Vonage, Rocket, and Lingo are a few. My phone bill / internet bill is combined and averages about $95 each month. If you are using a package that has home phone service, long distance calling, and internet for $50 a month or less, please let me know about it.

Please help me with a sales pitch. Give me some good advice. Me and my husband is supposed sale seven of the phone and internet services each. It is a bundled package we are selling. I sale seven and my husband sells seven. We need a lot of help. We are also selling Direct TV sattlelight service too.
